JONQUIL
Jonquil is named after a fragrant, colorful flower, which is aptly fits this dry, effervescent, refreshing, aromatic, and original Belgian-style ale. We brewed Jonquil with three different Belgian malts and unrefined sugar. Fermented in our open fermenter with our favorite Abbey-style yeast, then dry hopped with pungent yet complex Yakima-grown Amarillo hops for a fresh burst of flowers, citrus and a touch of pine on the nose.
