From October 9–11, 2026, 24th Street Park will become a colorful outdoor gathering place filled with Commonwealth beer, local food trucks, live mural painting, electronic music DJ sets, dancing, games and plenty of room to relax.

Tickets are intended for beverages served inside the Liquid Art Beer Garden. Guests purchasing or consuming alcohol must be 21 or older and present a valid government-issued photo ID.

Come hungry. Two local-favorite food trucks will be serving delicious options throughout the weekend, making it easy to grab lunch, dinner or a snack without leaving the festivities.
Live DJ Sets and Dancing
Enjoy live DJ-curated house music from Wavelength throughout the weekend, plus a special Disco Friday celebration to kick things off. Find your way to the dance area, catch the groove from your seat or do that subtle shoulder dance people perform while insisting they are “just here for the art.”
Live Mural Artists
Watch art come to life as mural artists paint on-site throughout the event. Guests can see each piece evolve in real time while celebrating the creative energy at the center of the Virginia MOCA Boardwalk Art Show.
Shaded Seating and Outdoor Lounging
Take a break from exploring the boardwalk in our shaded seating area or settle into the cozy outdoor lounge. With nearly 15,000 square feet of space at 24th Street Park, there will be room to sip, snack, socialize and soak up the oceanfront atmosphere.
Jumbo Yard Games
Challenge your friends to oversized yard games between pours and artist stops. Friendly competition is encouraged. Dramatic victory speeches are optional.
